Starting Hands in Holdem

The below is pre-flop starting hand full table strategy.
The following positions are noted: Early, Middle, Late (includes bubble), Bubble (Last to Act)
The following betting is noted: Fold, Call (call the blind), Raise (3x big blind), Re-raise (pot size bet)

Group 1:
AA KK QQ AKs
 
With above hands, Raise or Re-raise from any position.

Group 2:
JJ TT AQs AJs AK
JJ, AK- Call a raise from middle or early position; Raise or Re-Raise from late position.
TT, AQs, AJs- Call a raise from any position. 

Group 3:
99 AJ KQs KJs QJs ATs AQ
With above hands, Call a raise from any position; Raise from late position.
If you have a re-raise (3 bets to you) in front of you - fold.

Group 4:
88 A9s A8s KQ KJ KTs QJ QTs AT JTs
With above hands, Call a bet from early and middle position; Call a raise from late position.
If you have a re-raise in front of you (3 bets to you)- fold.

Group 5:
77 A9 A7s A6s A5s A4s A3s A2s KT K9s QT Q9s JT J9s T9s   
With above hands, Call from early or middle position (with 2 callers in front of you); Call a raise from late position (with 3 callers in front of you). If you have a re-raise in front of you (3 bets to you)- fold.

Group 6:
66 55 44 33 22 K8s K9 T9 98s 87s   
With above hands, Call a bet from late position.
If you have a raise in front of you (2 bets to you)- fold.

There are exactly 167 different starting hands in Texas Holdem. We have noted above exactly 51 playable hands above, or 30.5%
of all the hands you will be dealt. Depending on how loose or tight you play, you may choose to remove certain playing hands (i.e. A6s, K8s, T9) or add certain hands (i.e 76s, 65s, 54s)
