Doyles Room Review

Overview
Established in 2004 in Netherlands Antilles, Doyles Room is part of the Cake Network, the 4th largest network in that accepts US players. Doyles has an excellent startup and ongoing bonuses and promotions. The room is tournament dominated and ring games are almost exclusively Texas Holdem, and primarily low stakes. The competition is weak and the software is good. The site is managed by poker legends
Doyle Brunson and Mike Caro. The poker room is powered by the Cake Network, which has clear graphics and good funtionality. Doyles Room offers AllOnlinePokerSites referrals 33% in rakeback!

Getting into the US Market
You Have to give Doyles Room credit, after the UIGEA Legislation, many rooms folded up their tents and took huge losses in as their customer base left in droves. But Doyles room simply went on a quest. At the time of the legislation they were on the Tribeca Network- which decided not to accept US players. So they were forced to pack it up and they moved to the Microgaming Network. Once Microgaming decided to stop accepting United States players, Doyles Room had to deny any player from the US who wanted to join. Now that they have joined the Cake Poker Network and are once again accepting US players. You gotta give them credit!

Ease of Competition
Currently, the Cake Poker Network is the tenth largest worldwide and has soft competition at the low and micro-stakes tables. Much of the credit for that is also due to the shared customer base it shares with the rooms network partners- Sports Book and Players Only. Both new poker sites have hit the market hard and are driving in new fish for the old timers at Doyles Room.

Bonuses and Promotions
Doyles Room has a strong signup bonus of 110% deposit match up to $550. You must bring the signup bonus to fruition within 90 days. This is a fairly easy bonus to bring to fruition.

You can use any of our banners on this page to get a 110% signup bonus up to $550. This bonus takes longer to bring to fruition because it requires twice as many action points as the standard deposit- and it is still reasonable to attain. You also have an unlimited amount of time to fullfill the bonus requirements and collect the bonus. Also, if you make a first deposit of $500, once you collect the bonus, Doyles Room will send you Doyle Brunsons Super System2. Nothing wrong with that, its a great book.

Doyles Room has a strong promotional program that includes giving each new player a one time $55.00 Bounty Rebate to be used after the first time you play in the weekly Bounty Tournament. Deposit at least $55.00 in your real money account, play in the Bounty Tournament and then request your $55.00 rebate on the Bounty Rebate page. The $55.00 will be refunded to your account. This gives you a chance to play against Doyle Brunson and two other professionals for free the first time you enter the Bounty tournament. The site also has as a better than average number of freerolls.

DoylesRoom runs monthly $250,000 guaranteed tournaments that pay out over $50,000 to the winner. To enter this tournament there are daily qualifiers running with buy-ins as low as $5.50. They also offer some qualifiers to big live events including the World Series of Poker, the European Poker Tour and the World Poker Tour. Aside from the guaranteed tournaments, the most popular tournament is the weekly bounty tournament in which players earn bounties by beating out members of "Team Brunson."

Refer a Friend Program: $25 per referral.

Rake Back
Doyles Room offers AllOnlinePokerSites referrals an excellent rakeback offer of 33%. This money is paid weekly directly into your poker account. Rake is how poker rooms make their money. That is the money that the poker rooms deduct from every pot. The average rake is 5% with a cap at $3. There is also rake on tournaments, where the large portion of the buy in goes to the prize pool. The poker rooms make their money from the rake they take from the game- and we are talking about a lot of money. To get this spectacular offer, simply use any of our Doyles Room banners (use bonus code AOPS). Rakeback is a refund to the players. Poker players receive a percentage of the rake they pay to the poker room. A normal rakeback offer is between 25 and 40 percent, but sometimes players can get an even better offer. If you receive 33% rakeback, and rake $1000 one month, you will get $330 back. The more you rake, the more you get back. That is basically what rakeback is about.
Rake Calculation Method: Dealt (Tournament fees included)
Bonuses Deducted: No
