Mike Caro
Mike “Mad Dog” Caro is a recognized authority on gambling statistics. He is also one of the most recognizable authors on poker books. In 1978 he contributed 50 statistical tables to Doyle Brunson's Super/System (buy it here), regarded by some as the Bible of poker. He acts as a consultant to many casinos and has held some high level positions.
Caro is considered an expert at poker odds and plays one of the better drawing games. He helped develop the Poker Probe, a PC program to analyze poker situations. He is the founder of the Mike Caro University of Poker, Gambling and Life Strategy.
Caro is the author of many books about poker, including: The Body Language of Poker; Caro on Gambling, Mike Caro's Book of Poker Tells, Bobby Baldwin's Winning Poker Secrets (buy it here) and many others.
