Gary Berland
Gary Berland won 5 World Series of Poker championship bracelets between 1977 and 1979. He finished runner-up to Doyle "Texas Dolly" Brunson in the 1977 $10,000 main event and he finished 3rd in the 1986 WSOP main event. While little is known about him, Berland had a legendary three year stretch. Gary Berland only monied 7 times in his career, amazingly, winning 5 of those events. |
